Adding air springs (bags) to rear springs adds to the pogo stick effect which eventually over-powers the damping of the shocks. Talk to a suspension / shock absorber company about correcting the damping.
Use tire load and inflation tables for your exact tire to set the cold inflation pressures once you know the axle weights of your loaded truck and camper. Lots of us run the recommended pressure plus 5 psi or so.
