I went from a 2006 duramax to a 2009 3v v10, I do miss the diesels tq and mileage but the ford is a much better truck smoother riding, quieter, tougher and the v-10 tows great and is reliable and the maint is next to nothing BUT it doesnt pass too many gas stations. You can order food at a drive thru with out shutting the engine off to hear, too bad we dont have the 6 speed trans with the v-10. All I need is a bigger gas tank. I can say the 3v v10 will run circles around any stock 7.3 diesel the only thing the 7.3 will do is better fuel economy, the v10 will last almost as long with proper care.
