First Tow with the 2012 F150 Screw 5.0 4WD and 3.73 axle

Having towed with a couple of late model Ford pickups with the 5.4 V-8, I am not surprised that the 5.0 is better. It appears that it bests the eco boost in economy and equals it in power. I have never had to hit my brakes when leaving a stoplight. Wow!

I did have one pickup that sheared the 5/16" bolts holding the cross the bed tool box in place and allowed it to slam against the tailgate on take off, but it wasn't a Ford.
