Awesome mileage! My Ram probably came with very similar tires. My trailer is around 2000 lbs heavier than yours. My truck is very stable in the thousand or so miles I've towed with it so far. It squats more than I'd like, but still rides excellent. I do ensure the tires are aired up to their 44 lb max.
