First warranty experience with Northern Lite

Thanks for the info. Was out this week and didn't notice anything with ours,but you got the wheels turning, just checked ours, and it seems to be fine.Problem we had was while opening screen/shade, the tension on screen pulled it right out of my hand,causing it to snap to oppisite side and unwind itself from it's spring loaded roller.I have to hand wind it now to try and keep it taught enough to be an effective bug screen. Called my dealer and he said to bring it in and he'd give it a tune-up,Their three n a half hrs. away so haven't had the chance to get there yet but will post results soon.
