I've had soooo many problems with my Heki that its led me to conclude:
There are only two kinds of Heki owners, those who have had problems and those who have latent problems developing. Even touching ours is now OFF Limits!! Nearly every (high cost) individual component part (latches snap, shade distorts, dome breaks, hinges break, gasket drafts) is flimsy consumer grade junk. I have now strapped a bungie atop the dome to prevent unintended 'latched-shut' highway openings. Of course, no recourse from Dometic...
