is their vinyl/rubber roof a TPO one or EPDM? I don't like those baths set up like that, but if the wife wants it, the wife gets it.

We have had ours three years and it works great for our needs! I have yet to find a better floor plan (for us). I think the difference in ours is the slide in the bedroom.

I have yet to find anything in the trailer that I'm disappointed with!

If your wife says that this is the one she likes then you only have to ask what to look out for. :)

We love our floorplan and the trailer itself, but there were issues with components.

It will likely come with a beautiful-looking Suburban stove - junk. Burners on top of mine rattled themselves loose until one did not light because it became disconnected from the front panel. And the oven never worked right from day one - kept shutting off after reaching set temperature. Going in for warranty repair on Friday.

Then there is the all-in-one Genesis 3.0 head unit that supposedly does everything when it comes to entertainment. Radio quit workng in December. That is also to be addressed under warranty on Friday.

Shower enclosure incompletely caulked at the base so water leaks out. Fixed it mysef.

Fuses for one of the slides blew as did the fuse for the power stabilizers after what, 3 outings? Fixed that myself.

No other problems.
