I can't talk about the 30, but I have the V-Lite 21 WRS. Before this unit, I had two Sunnybrook TT's. I have found the V-Lite comparable to the original Bunny B's. We are on our third season with no issues. I switched from a Husky to an Equalizer hitch. Most times I forget it is back there. I'm sure the 30 ft will be felt. But I think you will be happy with it if you decide to go that route. We have the front bathroom and love the space. You can actually bath and get dressed in one room instead of having to the bedroom. Just make the best choice for your family.
