2007 Utah CP.....C.O. Detector keeps beeping even though nothing is on...beeps even when the camper is closed up for the Winter till the back up battery dies.....when plugged into the house, and we go...

it is mounted on the roof, and is hard wired with a backup battery. Does have a dector for a propane leak on the floor that is Good. Any idea on why the interior light is Pulsing, while plugged into the house electricity?
