If it is super clean, all components work as they should, and brakes, bearings, and tires (which are usually replaced every 5 to 7 years) are in good shape. And any and all paperwork and receipts provided then in my neck of the woods it would sell for $10,000 to $12,000. But before you buy and have access to an RV dealership or even better a mobile rv tech to do a pre purchase inspection.
