I'd rather have my 6x6 blocks under my jack for stability
I agree. An extended jack is a shaky jack. The purpose of using a BLOCK is so that you do NOT have to extend the jack so high, thus keeping the entire trailer more stable.
This device does nothing to eliminate the front of the trailer wobbling on a 2 1/2" post. In fact, it adds a connection, with the potential for MORE wobble.
One 6x6 approximately 12" long, does not take up that much space, and I can keep that "post" as short as possible. - cruz-inExplorer

Money well spent. You can use it fully extended, or "kneeling" if you don't need as much lift.
"kneeling"
Have not seen any info on using it if you cannot extend due to terrain and was wondering about this...could you provide more info?
Thanks - cruz-inExplorer

Thanks - usmc616ExplorerI have one and have had no issues using it.

- CalicajunExplorerI use one and it works great with my 31 foot travel trailer. Saves carrying a bunch of wood blocks.
- AlbertaNewbieExplorerI use it and it's great, definitely recommended if you need the extra height as I did to in hitch.m even with blocks I had to crank my tj almost to the limit to unhitched. Any sort of slope and the block height was too much for my liking (over 16"nine some cases),I got the taller version and it solved lots ofmissues.
- campiglooExplorerMine is called a flipfoot. It works really well. I paid about 50 bucks for it about 3 years ago. I no longer have to crawl around the back of my truck looking for my wood block. Nice. We use our trailer a lot and I still don't see any wear on it, not even any rust. I highly recommend it.
- Ron3rdExplorer IIII've been considering a flipjack so I'll follow this thread.
- DarthMuffinExplorerI have one. Works as advertised and would buy again. The convenience is worth the money to me.
