It depends on how quickly you are/were able to get the floor as dry as possible.
The warping occurs once the wood is soaked and then dries. If you kept it from getting soaked you may be OK.
I would keep the air conditioner on or a dehumidifier along with some fans pointed at the floor to help dry it out.
Hopefully you took photos of the loose ventline and had a witness to the fact that it was loose when you removed the cover for the first time. I would file a complaint with the dealer and manufacturer in writing providing details and photos. Ask the dealer to check it over to see if they feel there would be unforseen damage. Get their report in writing.
Keep notes of all conversations you have with the dealer and manufacturer. You need to build a paper trail in case it gets serious and requires legal action.
