When the floor on our Jay Feather rotted the vinyl flooring split wide open when the temps took a big drop. Jayco said they were having problems with the vinyl flooring they used in our 2007 model. When they replaced the complete floor they also used a different type of vinyl flooring. So far that is holding up, although I haven't been out too look at it since the temps. went below zero this year, I think I better go out and look at it.
