Fold n Roll Time

I love my 1975 American Clipper motorhome. Mostly because of the excellent workmanship Irv Perch insisted on for his products. So,when this little fellow showed up for sale, I jumped at the chance!

He's a 1998 Fold n Roll Folding Trailer. Hydraulic lift for roof; two double beds; Short couch that converts to short bed; sink; two burner stove; wet bath with cassette toilet; 30gal fresh water; 30gal grey water; lots of counter top and storage for a 12ft box; 10 windows - all but one open; electric jack; stabilizer hitch; special "small tires" under tongue to help with sway. In amazing shape!

  • The campers on www.popupportal.com would love to see the pictures of this unit.

    enjoy

You noticed... It's got windows that open on either side, so I guess I can't complain too much. With my luck, Bat-dog (the "little" one) will decide to sleep with me.:S

    That's awesome. I want one.

They're very hard to find, but extremely well built. The prior owner only sold it because he remarried and the new wife didn't want anything from his past marriage.

    It's 2200lbs (without the dogs).
