For those with outdoor kitchens....

We have an outdoor kitchen in our Sprinter. We love it and use it almost exclusively over the indoor. The 120 volt fridge works OK in moderate temperatures. But when the outdoor temperature rises above 80 degrees the temperature in the outdoor kitchen compartement rises significantly. Especially if the kitchen hatch is closed when we are gone for a while. The fridge compressor adds to the heat in the kitchen compartment creating a vicious cycle. Bottom line is that fridge temperature gets to warm in anything above 80 degree weather. I was wondering if a 12 volt ventilation fan could somehow help. But how to fit that I dont know. Anyone else run into these issues? Any ideas?
