I do not have an outdoor kitchen but I really like them. I am surprised not to see posts about this more often. I have not seen any of them from the factory with a means to addess this issue. I'm thinking on the back wall of the camper you need a 4" 12V DC fan pulling the hot air out. On the kitchen door as far from the back wall as possible, another opening allowing cooler fresh air in. Both of these openings could be covered by a residential dryer exhaust cover.
If you do not want holes in the exterior of the camper then the other option would be to go thru the back of the exterior kitchen behind the fridge into the bunk house. Put the fan up high dumping the hot air into the bunk house. Have another opening down low to pull conditioned air back into the outside kitchen area. Anything you can do to shroud the coils of the refrigerator to force the air thru them is going to help. Down side is that you are now increasing the heat load inside the camper.
