Ford 150 V6 3.5L EcoBoost
Hello, Does anyone tow with a 2012 or 2013 F150 V6 3.5L EcoBoost with a 3.55 rear end? Ford claims it has 365 hp and 420 lbs of torque which is more than my Chevy ¾ ton with a 6L. I will be towin...

Now 4 years running....
New intercooler and software update completely solved the problem on my buddy's 2012 truck. Prior to that, it would choke up every rainy day (which is most of them here) when he'd hit the final 25% grade to his house.
My 2013 did it exactly 1 time when it was pretty new. The dealership reflashed the computer and I have never been able to get it to repeat the problem. I now have over 27K on mine, about 8K of it towing. I LOVE my truck! I especially like the way it has plenty of power for pulling hills when towing, rarely having to downshift, yet still gets good fuel economy when not towing.
