Also you won't be able to trade your Deleted truck into a dealership, in the future, if you want to sell it you'll have to sell it to a private party in a state that does not have smog testing.
My 2011 6.7 has not had this issue.
One just simply keeps all of the components that "fell off" and put them back on before trading. ;) I agree that it's probably not worth it if there is emission testing in the area, which I'm quite certain Alberta doesn't, which is where the OP is from.
