First there is no % reading of oil life. It is either OK, or it warns you that you need to change the oil soon.
Basically you navigate via the steering wheel controls to "information, press OK, select "system check", press OK. Then all it tells you is that the oil is OK or it is time to change. When the oil is changed press and hold OK and a reset line will appear. When it resets, it says OK.
Best bet for the OP is to download the manual from Ford.
