Ford 6.7 DFCM drain question

No service records either - the truck has 32,000 miles on it so I changed the oil. No messages are telling me to change anything so that's all I changed. Should I also consider changing the fuel filter(s)?

Don't know about the XLT models for sure but with the Lariat and KR models there is a message that pops up every time the truck wants service done. About the only thing I have done to mine (it has about 40,000 miles on it) aside from its three oil changes is I had the dealer check the coolant additive the second time that message came up.
