Ford 7.3 Diesel...only 185 HP
Hard to believe that the first 7.3 was only 185 horsepower. Was also IDI (In Direct Injection) and non turbo for those who were not paying attention to diesel powered trucks back in the late 80's.:...

Nothing but great things to say about the 7.3!!! No they don't put out 400hp/800tq but who cares.. My old girl is coming up on her 15th birthday(151,000mi) and still runs great!..With no truck payments anymore and low property taxes, I have no intentions on ever getting another truck! :)
