I still find it hard to believe that Ford has to produce fake sound for their ecoboost. And even harder to believe people buy it.
I would rather not hear my engine at all and definitely not yours. If my EcoBoost has a noise maker I would love to be able to turn it off. I kind of like the sound a Tesla makes.
