I still find it hard to believe that Ford has to produce fake sound for their ecoboost. And even harder to believe people buy it.
i believe the Ecoboost Mustang has the fake v-8 sound, not the F150.
The fake v-8 sound is on ecoboost f150s lariat and above. My XLT doesn't have the fake sound. A real v8 sounds better than a v6 but I do like the sound of my turbos. However, I will take that low end torque of the ecoboost over a v8 no matter what the sound is.
