But seriously, with the current V8s that are all in muscle car territory and some that are blowing away the old school kings of the road, I figured for sure one of the big 3 would have dropped a 7.x liter NA V8 into a pickup by now and claimed king of the hill for gassers.
Ilmor has a marinized 7.4L, full emissions compliant, 87 octane engine making 520 hp and tq. Designed for marine (high load) use.
