The depends on what year 6.2 vs what year EB
That's comparing my 2013 EB to my 2017 6.2l.
......so the 366hp 3.5 eco is more power than the 385hp 6.2L?
Not so much.
Faster, yes, more power, no.
When I do a search for torque graphs on Ford engines the charts I find show the EB having more torque than the 6.2 up to about 4,500rpm at which point the 6.2 has more torque and power. It is very rare for me to rev an engine past 4500rpm so I feel that for my use the EB will have more power. When you add in altitude effects and that at this time the F150 comes with 4 more gears than the 6.2 in the SD has I would be that the EB will get more power to the ground in almost every case. I was not able to find any charts that I felt sure were current or even 2018 SD specs so if you find some please share them with me.

I find some discussion of a new 7x engine coming for the SD and I am sure that will change everything. We will just have to wait and see.
