Faster, yes, more power, no.
Peak horsepower, no. But the 3.5L Ecoboost is making more power than the 6.2L for most of the power band(more than 50 hp in some parts) all the way up to around 4,500 rpm. If an engine is making more torque than another engine at a certain rpm, then inherently it is making more horsepower at that rpm as well. The 3.5L makes more power and torque in the rpms that are more commonly used in normal driving and towing while the 6.2L has higher peak horsepower.
