If you get Lariat package in either the F150/F250 they are going to have similar features offered.
F250 will have more weight than the F150... not just heavier payload.. when your trailer weighs more than your truck, you are more likely to experience "the tail wagging the dog"
a 3/4 ton truck is not too much. Personally... if you can afford the 3/4ton, you'll be better off.
