FWIW, I don't think it is a short trip driving issue, but is definitely a high moisture issue. Mine happened after driving about 350 miles, with only a couple of potty stops. When it happened, it had been raining steadily for several hours, and I had been cruising at about 65 mph, when I decided to stomp on it. I think it had to do with lack of acceleration/deceleration, allowing moisture to build up. As I said earlier though, I have not been able to duplicate the problem since the dealer reprogrammed.
