Likely because it's not typically used as a tow rig.
Couple kayaks on a snow machine trailer, or a popup or one of them little teardrop campers is all it would want, IMO.

If you want to tow with it, I'd find a buddy with a smallish trailer, hook it up and take er for a spin, up AND down some hills. See what you and the rig are comfortable with.
