Ford F150 is going Powerstroke Diesel

It's going to be a V6, like the one in the 1500 Ram.

Isn't those TQ and HP numbers close to the legendary 7.3 powerstroke?

    According to Wikipedia: 7.3 Powerstroke
    Power output 210-275 hp
    Torque output 425-525 lb-ft

The numbers sound close to me. Plus a lighter truck. :C

Close but in a much lighter truck.

It's below the later versions - my dad has one and I think it's at 525 lb-ft. Where it really shines is decibel output, though.

    But what is the price?

More than it used to be! :)

Ford revealed the 30 mpg highway target earlier this year. At the same time, FMC proudly claimed the 2018 F-150’s 3.0-liter Power Stroke V6 turbodiesel engine in the F-150 would have bragging rights for best-in-class 250 diesel horsepower, 440 pound-feet of torque, 11,400-pound towing capacity, and 2,020 payload capacity.
