Ford F350 Spray bed liner with hitch

hi

My F350 truck has the factory 5th wheel preparation package
As some recommend here (damned I can't find this post anymore) I will buy the B&W Companion OEM fifth wheel hitch.

Truck is new and had no be de liner
I want to do a Spray in bed liner on the truck.

what is your experience

thanks
  • I have a 2012 F350 with the factory hitch prep. I do have a sprayed in bedliner but I have the Reese Elite hitch. No problems with it, and would suspect none with the B&W.
  • Great choice on the hitch! B&W, says no problem with spray in liners.

Enjoy the new truck, you'll love the hitch, and I wish you many happy travels!

Good for you. I got the Ford factory spray liner. Its not much more than a heavy coat of black paint. Not in any way comparable to the aftermarket liners I've had or seen.

The Ford adapter for my Trailer Saver works fine but I don't now whether it would if I had Rhino or Line-X.
  • I have a new F350 coming in. I will definitely want bed liner and jot sure but it may already be in from factory. It is 5th wheelmprep ready. I was going with the Pullright but after talking to experts guess I will go with B & W. Plus its less money.

Did you read the above comment from jlr
Also my dealer told me the same to get line x as it is bettter that the one from the factory
  • Rhino and Line-x both work fine with the factory prep. You just mask off the plastic pieces in the floor and the plug on the side and it comes out great.

When I took delivery of my 2013 F-450, I told the dealer that they had painted the inside of my bed black but forgotten the liner. He had to show me a couple other trucks before I believed that WAS the liner.
