I guess that's one way to look at it. The 6.2 engine is one of several reasons I don't intend to buy a GM product in the future. I ended up purchasing a Tundra with the 5.7. Toyota offered the 5.7 in base model, stripped down, fleet series trucks. I didn't want bells and whistles, I wanted a strong engine, stout transmission and dependable overall product.
