I don't buy (no pun intended) that it is cheaper for the automakers to build a full size truck than it is to build a car. That is a gross exaggeration, or better yet, an outright lie. Just look at how much more raw materials are involved for starters. The difference is staggering, to say the least. Poorly researched/written articles for the large numbers of folk who have not heard of or ever possessed common sense. :E
