HAHAHA I was going to post the same thing Chris, plus add the fact that the owners or former owners? have only until the end of December of this year to file their claim. "Those eligible have until Dec. 31, 2013, to download and submit claims to the settlement administrator." sounds more like an out for Ford to limit their losses to me.
