Yes, I'm sure towing out west is much much different than the north east....and If I was towing out there I would be considering diesel. in northern NJ I wouldn't call us flat like Florida, but nothing crazy like the Rockies. I do however travel north and west quite often so I wouldn't' exactly call it flat.
But mountain towing is a good point to bring up.
