The same thing happened to our 2011 Jayco 24FBS.
At that time it was out of warranty.
I contacted Dexter (my axle mfg.) and they sold me larger capacity axles direct to me, at a good price. I went from 3000 lbs axles to 5000 lbs axles and was able to use the same springs ,wheel bearing, brake hubs and wheels. Just had to change the spring u bolts as the axles tubes were a larger diameter with the higher capacity axle. never had another problem with tire wear.
See if the dealer can negotiate with the TT mfg. or the axle mfg. for higher capacity axle tubes even if you have to pay the difference between the 3000 lbs and 5000 lbs axle.
