I'd go with the Jayco you mentioned, if you can afford it. Jayco has a two year warranty and a good reputation. Also, don't buy a cheap WDH (weigh distribution hitch). You'll regret it. Go with a good one, such as Blue Ox, Equalizer, or Reese Dual Cam.
