You must be referring to a extended warranty offered by your dealer. Forest River 2nd year warranties started at $150 and only went as high as $250 depending on the unit as far as I know.
I think it was well over a grand.
Glad I didn't do it - would have been a total waste of money (like the one I got on my truck).
