I did have 5 oz of rib eye steak with a kale salad and one NA beer for dinner.
I have 8 more pounds to go to reach my goal of losing 75 pounds and hitting the 200 mark.
I am envious, how long has it taken and how have you done it? I too need to loose about 75 to 80 pounds. I have gained so much weight that I bought a dually. Still have my SRW in case I loose the weight. :B
