Looking at the brochure, you can replace the engine and transmission. Included in the package also is all the electronics to control the engine and transmission. The wallet would take a major hit, but still cheaper than a new vehicle. I prefer crate products as they should be ready to run. They also offer packages to replace without up-sizing your power plant.
