I've yet to see one in the wild. As a matter of fact it's been many...many...years since I've seen a 12v.
Actually, a good friend of mine did just that and finished it about a year ago. A 1978 F250 SuperCab with a 12V Cummins from a mid-90s Dodge. Wish I could find some pictures of it, it's a beautiful truck.
