Found this Northland on craigslist. Is this a decent price, or high for the year?

The price is very reasonable. You probably could get him down a little. I looked at a 1993 Lance 980 with dry bath and NADA was around 4350.00 with options. Some brands that are 20 years old are valued in the 4000 range according to NADA. Stored inside for last 10 years but Owner would not go lower than 6000.00 so I am looking still too. There are a couple of Northlands in Arizona, think one is at Toms camperland.
