Found used 2013 Rockwood roo 21ss. Right price?

Just found a 21ss at a dealer not far from here. Is there a Nada price guide for these? He is asking 15,995 plus 300 for the extended 1 year warranty. Do you guys think that is a good price? It's...

The price "sounds" reasonable based on the NADA book value, but that can be very deceiving. Most people don't pay anywhere near MSRP when buying new. I've included the link to the NADA site below, but as was said earlier, look into rvwholesalers.com for a new one first. You might be surprised.
