Found used 2013 Rockwood roo 21ss. Right price?

Just found a 21ss at a dealer not far from here. Is there a Nada price guide for these? He is asking 15,995 plus 300 for the extended 1 year warranty. Do you guys think that is a good price? It's...

Hmm you're right Chuck. I think we may have changed our minds and wanna go with a Roo 21dk now.
Where should I look besides RV direct and Rv Wholesale? I do not think they have any 21dk's in stock and dang I really don't wanna wait 8 weeks for one.
