The floor of my pop-up has been soft for the last 12 years. It was just made that way. My trailer is rock solid.
If I was given a trailer I would check out the situation and decide if the repair was easy or expensive.
Assuming you would not drop through the floor, I would also use it as is to decided if I really liked pulling one of these barns down the road.
A TT is a fair investment in time and money. They are not for everyone.
Don't forget to get the WD hitch.
