I DON'T WANT THE FREEBIES!

When I renewed my Travel Assist, I sent a letter, specifically requesting that the free travel documents not be sent to me, or any other freebie.

My letter was ignored.

I contacted Good Sam today, and was told, "That process is automatic, it can't be stopped."

YES IT CAN! It just takes an effort that your employees just didn't want to do.

I was given excuse after excuse as to why my letter was ignored. One of your employees actually had nerve to say "You can just throw it away." Is this the answer to everything? I didn't even want Good Sam to waste the postage to send it to me. As result, I had to pay forwarding postage to have it forwarded to me at my workamping assignment, plus it created unnecessary garbage for landfill. Telling me, "you can just throw it away" is not an appropriate answer.

I request that your office implement a process to prevent freebies being sent to customers that specifically request them not to be sent.
