You stated that handy man stuff wasn't your thing, I don't know about the others on here but it seems like i am doing some kind of maint. or repairs on a frequent basis, this camper is older, stuff happens and if you are not in a position to do maintenance and repairs this could be a thorn in your side. Some of the more expensive things I have were "free". Soft spots in the floor may not be big problem to live with, but a leak is not something you will probably want to "live" with. Just something to think about, the other thing I am wondering about, do you have a vehicle you plan to move this TT from point a to point b, I know you said you want to park it at a campground for the season, but will you be able to leave it year round in this space? Will you have to move it home or a storage space on the off season? There is many things to think about with a "free"TT.
