Arrived in Maine around 3pm and turned on freezer/frig and now at 615pm freezer is cold but not frig. It is a Norcold. I hate to have to call someone tomorrow to look at it so looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance.Mike

I know 3 hours isn't much time for mine to cool down... takes about 6 or so hours to go from 75 inside to 50. Then it will make it to 40. I have a Dometic. My freezer starts to get colder a lot faster. I have put my on LP to get it to cool quicker.

Give it overnight or even 24 hours. If the fridge area is still not getting cold enough while the freezer section is, that is a classic sign of a plugged up cooling unit. :(But give it much more time before worrying.

Battery operated fan in the fresh food compartment. Why didn’t you travel with the fridge’s propane on?

Use a fan inside. Run it on the road.

3hrs will never do it. it takes any brand rv frig at least 12hrs to be ready to use. and don,t fill it with a bunch of warm items.

If you have any age on the unit inspect the drain tubes. Any cracks will let in warm air and it will not cool well. Three hours is not a beginning as mentioned.

Might try switching to gas or electric to see if it improves.
