I can unscrew the fill fitting which also has the vent, loosen the hose clamp on the vent line and blow into it to clear it. Water can then be added. Needless to say this is a giant Pain!
Short of half dismantling the TT to get at the tank has anyone got any suggestions?

You just need a six inch piece of tubing, to hold up against the vent hole, to blow into. You should be able to blow the vent line free, without taking it apart.
