Well, $450 later and the tank is back where it belongs...
The "straps" the technician installed are metal and he welded them on. That tank's not going anywhere...
The insurance company we have the extended warranty with wouldn't cover this because the rep. we spoke to (the technician explained to him what he was doing) said this was an "upgrade". It sure as hell is! :-)
We leave tomorrow for our weekend dog show. Now we discovered that the 2-way fridge won't work on electric, just propane! At least it DOES work and I believe (fingers crossed!) that the extended warranty will cover that...but we never know!
